Very beautiful & the name derives from a Black Neap behind the head. Highly sensitive and jumps off even you aim you camera...Here is the image I could manage after many attempts.

Spotted one near Thalaramba, Kamburugamuwa S. Province in December '12. A large and impressive animal which seemed quite unafraid of me.
